DELIVERY POLICY:

Royal Mail Courier Service.

Due to Covid-19 deliveries can now take up to 10 working days.

This is due to the high volume of orders we receive at HC Personal Shopper.

 

REFUND POLICY:

All product sales are final.

No refunds will be possible after a product is sourced. We can agree on a credit note, or the same item but in a different size. You have 14 days from your delivery date to get the item back to ourselves.

For selling your unwanted products we recommend using platforms like Vestiaire, Depop, Tradesy.
